You’re not “just stressed.” What you’re experiencing matters — and there are healthy ways to support your overall well-being.
You’ve been trying to hold everything together.
Trying to push through.
Trying to “be strong”… even when your chest feels tight, your thoughts won’t slow down, and you’re exhausted in a way that rest doesn’t seem to fix.
You may have been told it’s “just stress,” “just hormones,” or “just life.”
But you know that how you feel matters.
You’re not alone.
A whole-person wellness approach considers the many areas of life that can influence how you feel and function — including nutrition, sleep, stress, daily habits, environment, movement, and nervous system wellness.
Through personalized wellness education and coaching, you can explore these areas, better understand your health information, and develop practical lifestyle strategies that support greater calm, resilience, and overall well-being.
You don't have to figure it all out alone.

Mental and emotional well-being can be influenced by many different aspects of daily life. Nutrition, sleep, stress, hormones, blood sugar patterns, gut wellness, and environmental factors are all areas worth exploring when looking at the bigger picture of wellness.
Understanding how these areas relate to your overall well-being can help you make more informed lifestyle choices and identify areas you may want to explore further.
Through personalized wellness education and coaching, we can look at the bigger picture and develop practical strategies that support healthy habits, resilience, and overall well-being.

Instead of focusing only on how you feel in the moment, we look at the bigger picture of you — your lifestyle, stress load, nutrition, sleep patterns, daily habits, environment, and other wellness factors that may influence your overall well-being.
During your personalized wellness consultation, we will:
This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. It’s personalized wellness education and coaching designed to help you better understand the bigger picture, build healthy habits, and support greater calm, resilience, and overall well-being.

Ready to take the next step toward greater well-being?

Hi! I’m Erin, and I believe wellness is about looking at the whole person—not just one symptom or one area of life.
Every person is unique. Our lifestyle, stress, nutrition, sleep, environment, experiences, and daily routines can all play a role in how we feel and function. That's why I take a personalized, whole-person approach to wellness education and coaching.
My passion for helping people navigate stress and emotional well-being comes in part from my own story. I experienced significant anxiety and depression as a teenager, and for years I struggled with constant anxiety and feeling overwhelmed.
My own journey eventually led me to explore nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, natural wellness approaches, and practical coping tools. Over time, I learned how important it was to understand the bigger picture and develop healthy habits that supported my overall well-being.
And life certainly hasn't gotten simpler.
As a missionary, I've moved more than 20 times in the past 12 years, lived and worked in high-stress environments overseas, raised a family, and walked alongside my husband through a major open-heart surgery.
Those experiences have shaped the way I approach wellness today. I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, to search for answers, and to need practical tools that actually fit into real life.
My goal is to help you better understand your own health and wellness and discover practical strategies that fit your unique life.
Through a detailed wellness history, educational review of available health information, and personalized coaching, we'll explore areas such as nutrition, sleep, stress, lifestyle, daily habits, and other factors that may influence your overall well-being.
Depending on your goals, wellness education may include nutrition and supplement education, stress-management tools such as EFT and breathing exercises, nervous-system education, lifestyle strategies, and other natural wellness approaches.
My goal isn't to give you a one-size-fits-all plan.
It's to educate, encourage, and support you as you take an active role in your own wellness.
Because I know what it's like to feel stuck.
I've been there.
And I know how meaningful it can be when you begin to understand your health from a new perspective.
